The December 2023 issue of Precedent, the journal of the Australian Lawyers Alliance, included an article by the Juries Commissioner, Paul Dore. The article, called 'The judge is your Google', discusses the issue of juror misconduct, specifically jurors making their own enquiries, exploring the possible motivations behind such misconduct and how jury managers and judges might best approach the issue.
